JAMMU – The Police Monitor organization has issued a stern condemnation following a targeted assault on SHO Sikandar Singh Chauhan in the Nowabad area last night. The officer was intercepted and attacked by a group of eight to nine assailants, an act that has raised serious concerns regarding the safety of law enforcement personnel in the region.
Taranjit Singh, the Executive Officer of Police Monitor, expressed deep outrage over the incident and demanded that the authorities take swift and decisive action to bring all those responsible to justice. Singh emphasized that such a brazen act of violence against a high-ranking officer undermines the rule of law and requires an immediate, firm response from the police department.
